chapter 2 has become number 1

shalom alychem - peace be upon all. ~ ALL praises, honor and glory to the only deserving which is the most high YHWH!!! and "baruka ha bo b'shem YHWH"- "blessed is your coming in the name of YHWH" @ Yahushua!.

I sincerely pray all is well or you should know assuredly it will be soon.

This time around I'd feel it very necessary to "go in" on what is probably the MOST poorly taught few passages in ALL of the bryt chadasha aka "new testament" and definately the MOST perverted presentation of all of Paul's epistles / letters that he wrote, this epistle has been used as number 1 by the amateurs to attempt to vanquish the torah given from YHWH - and again unfortunately the wanna-be torah scholars again have FAILED to shut the mouths of the "new testament only" folks, ....but with serious scholarship we gonna put a end to that right now!

( If Apostle Paul knew what people were going to do with his written epistles he probably woulda sent smoke signals instead ....lol )

The mis-represented letter I am referring to is the letter he sent to those in Colossae, -> which was another encouragement epistle to the believers.

Let's first look at this entire chapter 2 of Colossians and after thorough examination we then can understand it's true context, it states:

1 For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of ELOHIYM, and of the Father, and of MASHIYACH;

3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

4 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in MASHIYACH.

6 As ye have therefore received MASHIYACH YAHSHUA the ADONAY, so walk ye in him:

7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after MASHIYACH.

9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the divinity bodily.

10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Mashiach:

12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of ELOHIYM, who hath raised him from the dead.

13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of MASHIYACH.

18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of ELOHIYM.

20 Wherefore if ye be dead with MASHIYACH from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;

22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the "commandments and doctrines of men?" /p>

23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

( Somehow the clowns only want to read verses 14 and 16 in this chapter 2, and attempt to come to a conclusion, but that in itself shows how lame they really are! )

question: Where in the entire writings to those in Colossae did you ever see the word law? >>> NO WHERE!

The many torah ignorers that exist in these days should have read the last message I sent out titled: "the DIFFERENCE between....." as a starting point so they can know WHO's laws / commands are being referenced and then try to understand Paul's writings!

That's also why we should not just read but meditate on what Kepha wrote in his 2nd epistle pertaining to those that try to learn from apostle Paul, we read in 2nd Peter 3:16, "......as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction." .....~ nuff said

Now let's have a serious breakdown of this Colossians chapter 2, ...but first:

Let's identify the "WHO" -> Apostle Paul
Let's identify the "WHAT" -> a encouragement letter sent to believers
Let's identify the "WHEN" -> at a time when they needed it, the moadym!
Let's identify the "WHERE" -> to the small assembly of Israelites but mainly gentile converts in Colossae
Let's identify the "WHY" -> they needed to be reinforced because of those heathens surrounding them.

partial summation: if the BIG MOUTH torah ignorers would read contextually they would understand that apostle Paul heard some troubling things by word of mouth or letter and immediately responded to encourage those in Colossae, which was located in southwest TURKEY! -> 800 miles away from Jerusalem whether riding or walking. We also must acknowledge they were not just plagued by the heathen Colossians but also surrounded by pagan worshiping heathens in nearby Laodicea, Hierapolis and even unto Ephesus, ...translation: THEY WERE MASSIVELY OUT NUMBERED! ( thus the need for fortification and reassurance ).

As we rightly divide this epistle we see in Colosians 2:1 Paul stated: "For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea" ......~ a great conflict? - obviously those 2 cities he had a controversy with because of their heathen influenced behaviors as well as their waning faith.

And in verse 4 he states: "And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words" ......~ here Paul is clearly admonishing them to not get twisted away from torah and get tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine by smooth talkers.

And in verse 5-6 he states: "For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Mashiach 6 As ye have therefore received Mashiach Yahushua the Master, so walk ye in him" ......~ Paul is letting them know he is still with them and to keep the faith in Mashiach no matter what anyone tries to tell them!

In verse 8 Paul gives a stern warning: "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Mashiach" ......~ this is the main statement he makes that irresponsibly gets looked over!

He said BEWARE! ... but of what? -> of being SPOILED / LED ASTRAY by philosophies and traditions of men and rudiments / elements of the world's system. For a full understanding of those "philosophies and traditions of men" lets look at a couple definitions from the last message I uploaded:
again, here is my research of two words that corrupt leaders are guilty of:

1) "taqanot" (plural) : a new enactment or decree not from YHWH !
2) "ma'asym" (plural) : actions, deeds or works performed by YHWH or by man, - later PERVERTED to be the "righteous" deeds of the pharisees, saducees, chief priest or elders

again - THESE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YHWH'S TORAH!!!

I am so disappointed that most people and even most teachers of the bible today still don't understand that at the first advent of Yahushua, the torah wasn't even the main teaching in the synagogues. (but should have been!)
Debarym 18:15 & 18 instructs us who to listen to, but John 10:20 again shows their rebellion against torah "....And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?" - And am I the only one to notice that those doctrine creators seek to re-write torah but where is their power of prophecy? ...why don't these perverts take a shot at prophesying?... ( that in itself proves they don't hear directly from YHWH or understand his anointed ).

and to make matters worse, the weak "rabbis" in Colossae were giving in to the surrounding pagan criticism!
Now we can responsibly look into the real context of verses 14-16 with wisdom from on high:
"Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. 16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Mashiach ( he states ONLY the body of mashiach can judge because they know the instructions of YHWH! )

......~ now wait, first: how come everybody assumes "the handwriting of ordinances that was against us" is TORAH? ->>> the handwriting of ordinances that was against us is that man-made garbage like the "taqanot" the religious elite plagued the Israelites with! ( note the designation "handwriting" ) the man made ordinances were contrary to them, .... but YHWH's TORAH is a BLESSING!

secondly: what Yahushua actually nailed to the cross was blood sacrifice for the atonement of sins.

thirdly: the principalities and powers (plural) Yahushua spoiled were not just the power of death, ...but also the authority of the religious elite that labored to replace torah with their own teachings. (traditions)
lastly but certainly not least: Paul made a declaration that the lame just can't get right, "LET NO MAN THEREFORE JUDGE YOU ...." - Paul is NOT saying let no man judge you and now it's ok the stop eating according to torah or it's ok to cease the appointed times / moadym, or the correct monthly count or or weekly shabat and then ignore those that try to get you back in line .... NOOOOOOOOOO!

Paul is declaring: LET NONE OF THOSE HEATHENS AROUND YOU JUDGE or CRITICIZE YOU IN YOUR OBSERVANCES, ->>> JUST CONTINUE TO DO THEM! - maybe it would be better understood in these days if he would have said: "let NO man Judge you ( because only YHWH is our true judge ) and especially because they don't understand our dedication to torah".

The heathens that surrounded them were too busy worshiping pagan deities of Greece and Rome, etc. as well as eating abominable things and drinking blood, - that assembly at Colossae had NO business listening to the natives of that land anyway! Then the unlearned teachers really struggle with verse 17: "Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Mashiach" ......~ they read the word "shadow" and right away they think "useless or false image" .... wth? - THE ENTIRE SCRIPTURE IS LATENT WITH SHADOW FIGURES ->>> AND IT'S ALL REAL AND USEFUL

note for those morons: you cannot have a shadow without light / illuminator ( in this case YHWH the father of lights ) hitting a object ( in this case Yahushua ) and a place for the shadow image to be cast ( his followers on the earth ).
Then ask them Paul worshipers to explain to you 1st Corinthians 11:1! ->>> Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Mashiach!

and what really convinces me some teachers are really idiots is the fact that don't think deeply enough to understand that: SHADOWS ARE A PRODUCT OF, AND ALWAYS CLOSE TO IT'S REAL IMAGE ( they can't be separated ), AND ALSO LIGHT ABSOLUTELY HAS TO BE PRESENT - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Then they also ignore Paul's declaration: "The body is of Mashiach" which means: THEY (the body) are the only ones to judge or comment on the keeping of the meats and drinks and appointed times and feast and shabats because THEY are the body under the head (Yahusha) and are the only ones that can receive his shadow!

And finally why do the lame teachers irresponsibly ignore verse 22 that wraps up this conversation? In context let's read 20-22->>> ..... 20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Mashiach from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, 21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not; 22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the "commandments and doctrines of men?"

......~ see, again Paul clearly mentions "THE RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD" and then he goes on to list a few "WORLDLY" ( not torah ) ordinances as Yahushua referenced in MattiYahu 15:2-3, 15:6, 15:9 as well as in Mark 7:3-5, 7:7-9 ... that ALL pointed to the perverted worldly doctrines of men. Paul also stated that said doctrines of men "perish", .... when did Paul EVER suggest YHWH's true torah would perish? .... huh?

I hope this cleared up a lot of confusion of the number 1 most perverted of ALL Paul's writing that the unlearned use with the purpose of vanquishing torah, but ->>> IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!
