the law is for the lawless?

shalom shalom mishpacha, firstly "All praises and glory to the Most High YHWH" - our creator, our sustainer and from where all real blessings come, baruk h'shem! also "baruka ha'bo b'ha'shem YHWH" - "blessed is your coming the name YHWH" - > Yahushua!.

I pray you all are allowing only the Most High to order your steps.

This attempt at communication I'd like to deal with another perverted interpretation in a epistle written by Paul to his "son" in the faith Timothy. I don't know about you but I have certainly heard several wanna-be teachers of the word totally, not partially but totally destroy the understanding Paul was giving to Timothy in his first edifying writing to him.

In 1st Timothy chapter 1:9-11 we read, 1:9 "Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 1:10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 1:11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed ELOHYM, which was committed to my trust". .....- now before we examine this lets be reminded what Peter / Kepha showed them as well as us in his second epistle chapter 3:15-17, "....and account that the longsuffering of our Master is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 3:17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness". .....- Peter not only wrote many "wrest" in Pauls teachings but other scriptures to their self destruction. Now seeing how they were living the new testament times the only "scriptures" they all had was the Tanak. Peter also warned them as well as us that the wicked's erroring can cause a fall from the steadfast walking in torah!

Now lets examine what Paul really meant in his writing. When we read: "Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient," what was originally translated was from hebrew is not from any term meaning "made for", but actually the "the word "ntwnah" from the hebrew root word natah meaning: to stretch or spread out, to lay down (Strong's 5186) then translated in greek as "keimai" meaning: to be laid, laid out, appointed, (Strong's 2749). So now if we go back and read what Paul intended pertaining to torah / instruction or what they call law we can better understand: "Knowing this, that the torah is not laid down or appointed for a righteous man, but for the torah-less and disobedient," .....- now that breakdown is NOT wresting Paul's words but bringing clarity to his directive. Surely we have heard the modern expression "lay down the law" but how modern is it really? The Most High YHWH laid down the law long ago and Paul was only staying the course.

Before these pastors continue to teach "The law is for the lawless" they first need to examine themselves and realize how anti-torah they are! Not to mention the foolish pastors that like to hollar "I aint under the law" but those pastors better know they aint "above the law" either! If Yahushua himself wasn't above the law as we read in Galatians 4:4-5, (4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, ELOHYM sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.) .....- then how can we be above it? These pastors can't even understand YHWH sent mashiach to redeem those of us under or obedient to torah / instruction so we can receive the adoption to be his sons, instead they think it says he was sent "to dissmiss the law" ..... now how stupid is that?

If we study torah as even Melek Dawid indicated to us in Psalms 1:1-2, " Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 1:2 But his delight is in the law of YHWH; and in his torah doth he meditate day and night". .....- WOW! most folks I know can recite psalms 23 flawlessly but have trouble with this very first psalm. Again, only if we study torah can we make a true determination if we are lawless or not, so how can anyone hollar "the law is for the lawless" if they haven't studied the content or purpose of the law?

wisdom: The blind law haters need stop running their mouths and go back and read ALL of psalms 119 and mainly try to explain psalms 119:18,

"Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law".

If these teachers of that foolish mentality think they are NOT lawless then they have already judged themselves and have no need for a higher judge ...OH OH! So again what Paul was simply stating to Timothy to teach to those at that time was: "Knowing this, that the torah is not laid down or appointed for a righteous man, but for the torah-less and disobedient," .....- and I'm sure Timothy fully understood and acted on it. If we look at the last part of 1st Timothy chapter 1 verse 10 as Paul was finishing identifying all that the law was "laid down / appointed" for - it list: "....for whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;" .....- Obviously we haven't done a good job of letting the pastors know that torah is "sound doctrine" and they are contrary to it making THEM lawless!

wisdom: most need to learn the difference between "extinct" vs. "extant"

As a final addressing to the mis-teaching of Paul's writing I'd like to look at what the wise man Melek Shelomo stated from experience, in Mishle aka Proverbs 28:9 he wrote: "...He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination". .....- now maybe they can understand why their public grandstanding prayers often go unanswered! Then lets look at what mashiach YAHushua was informing John while on the island of Patmos, In chtzyrn aka "Revelations" it declares: 12:17, "....and the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of ELOHYM, and have the testimony of YAHushua h'mashiach". and also 14:12, "...here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of ELOHYM, and the faith of YAHushua". and also 22:14, "blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city". .....- these were some of the final words from the final judge!
