shalom akhoti,

I saw that some while ago and while reading it I had to remember that in the language that was spoken to John while he was exiled was probably "ibryt" aka hebrew.

The expression “seven spirits” or "sheba ruachot"  is found only in the book of Revelation, and then only four times 1:4;  3:1;  4:5;  5:6 , - so if we properly apply the hebrew word: "sheba" ( Strong's 7650 & 7651) is not just is defined as the number 7, but also a word for "completion" or "fullness".

here are two of the four utilizations of "seven spirits" we see in Revelation

Rev.4:5,

And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, "which are the seven Spirits of ELOHIYM".

Rev. 5:6,

And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, "which are the seven Spirits of ELOHIYM" sent forth into all the earth.

This brings me to the understanding that these serving spirits of Elohym are the complete and full spirits from YHWH.

I stick strictly to the word so I don't get caught philosophizing like some do, hope this helps akhoti

shalommmmmmmmmmmmm

Shalom Zaqayn,

HALELUYAH!   Todah for responding.   This thought/vision is not as compicated as I had  thought.

You are blessed to simplify, so we can learn/understand.  May ABBA continue to bless U / family.

Shalom Zaqayn,

The Book of Proverbs is (to me) a manual by which we learn to live by. If we search for wisdom, it can be found  & she will grant you long life, a crown of glory upon your head, keep you from falling & you become the wiser for it. Those of us who are blessed to have returned back unto The Father, have a blessing bestowed on us knowing our heritage and all it entails.  We should try to stay away from this Hellenistic / worldly way of thinking and try to think & walk the ancient path of our forefathers.  We cannot continue to focus / think in the concrete but elevate towards the abstract and adapt to the ancient thoughts of our patriarchs. I definitely understand the ‘abstract’ fullness of:  ‘the understanding that these serving spirits of Elohym are the complete and full spirits from YHWH’.  You were profound in the explanation you shared & I appreciate the Scriptures you gave to back it up.  If we try to imagine the completeness of the serving spirits of YAHWAH, we will be in AWE, ‘cause we can’t comprehend it totally anyway.  But by this, HE let’s us know that HE IS MIGHTY IN ALL HE DOES.

Todah for your explanation, and kayn, I received the wisdom.

May Abba continue to bless you / family.

shalom akhoti,

I have no problem helping you IF I can because I know for sure you are a fast learner!

It's funny you started off mentioning "proverbs" because I was just looking at those writing as well as the other 4 which are collectively called the "poetic books" of the scriptures.

1 Job - How to suffer (and endure persecution)

2 Psalms - How to pray

3 Proverbs - How to act (through wisdom)

4 Ecclesiastes - How to enjoy (life)

5 Song of Solomon - How to love (the bridegroom)

ALL these 5 are poetry style writings that were written with intent to teach and edify, .....keep that in mind the next time you go through them, shalommmmmmmmmmmmm
