YAHUSHUA SPEAKS from BEGINNING to END

A Place to fellowship with the humble children of YHWH

shalom mishpacha, ALL praises and glory to whom it truly belongs - YHWH weh baruka ha'ba b'shem YHWH - baruknu'km m'byt YHWH "and blessed the coming in the name of YHWH - we bless you from the house of YHWH"

I pray all is getting better for you and yours and have faith it will continually do so.

In this wriiten thought process based on scriptural research not often dealt with I'd like to look into a misused term we all have been introduced to from our youth, the word "RELIGION". That term this time is that age old word religion that the some dictionaries defines as:

1. a. Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe.
b. A personal or institutionalized system grounded in such belief and worship.
2. The life or condition of a person in a religious order.
3. A set of beliefs, values, and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader.
4. A cause, principle, or activity pursued with zeal or conscientious devotion

we have no real problem with some of these definitions but the issue I want us to look at is the scriptural application of this word in place of stronger more meaningful terminology. The bible never asked us to be religious but some how over the years the mind-control proponents have slipped it in for that very purpose >>> CONTROL!

The term religion is only listed in the bible 5 times and only in the new testament, NEVER once in the law given to moshe or not once by the prophets... WOW! So how come that word is so prominent and prevelant in today's society? We first see that word in acts as Paul was defending himself before King Agrippa, he stated in Acts 26:2-5, "I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews: 26:3 Especially because I know thee to be expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews: wherefore I beseech thee to hear me patiently. 26:4 My manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews; 26:5 Which knew me from the beginning, if they would testify, that after the most straitest sect of our "religion" I lived a Pharisee". ...- Paul was reminding the King of his credentials and reputation as a pharisee from his very youth and from a straight sect of what was has been translated as "religion" from greek but the actually greek word "threskeia" means worship!

Also we have read in the epistle Galations 1:11-14, ".... but I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Yahushua h'mashiach. 1:13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews’ "religion", how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of Elohym, and wasted it: 1:14 And profited in the Jews’ "religion" above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers". ...- the word "religion" here was not in the scriptures but instead the translators inserted it twice in place of the greek word "loudaismos" which means whats called Judaism.

Also when we get down to the epistle written by James / Yaqb who many think was 1 of the 12 disciples / tamydym Yahushua chose BUT evidence points to James the brother of Yahushua whom when he was ressurected made apperance to and also the same James that was prominent amonst them as we saw in Acts 21:17-18, "....and when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly. 21:18 And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present"., 1st Cor. 15:7, "...after that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles"., Gal. 2:9, "...and when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision".

This brother of mashiach wrote something very easy to understand if you look at it correctly, in his own epistle, James 1:26-27 we have read: "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s "religion" is vain. 1:27 Pure "religion" and undefiled before ELOHYM and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world". ...- this is a beautifully stated instruction from the brother of mashiac if you examine what is really meant. The attempt to translate this brought the inept translation to the greek term "ritual worship" but what good is a ritual? In your hebrew text you see 2 words instead of 1 that are "obad Elohym" which means sevant of Elohym.... now that makes sense! Now lets read this with the proper intent >>> "If any man among you seem to be a servant of Elohym, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s service to Elohym is vain. 1:27 Pure service and undefiled before Elohym the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world" ...- haleluYAH! - This has absolutely nothing to do with rituals!

YAHushua asked a serious (and for us self examinating) question in the parable dealing with the unjust judge and the woman that constantly pettitioned to him, in Luke 18:2-8 we read, There was in a city a judge, which feared not Elohym, neither regarded man: 18:3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. 18:4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not Elohym, nor regard man; 18:5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. 18:6 And the master said, "Hear what the unjust judge saith. 18:7 And shall not Elohym avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" ...- the question we also need to focus on is when YAHushua returns will he find FAITH or religion?

Shalom Akhee Shmanu YAH, may Abba YAHWAH be pleased with your words of wisdom, giving the lost sheep of The House of Y'srayl teachings to learn and words to ponder, todah rabah. First & foremost, may YAHWAH be praised. Your explanations of the word 'religion' were dynamic! HALELUYAH! So, am I to understand then, the original meaning was worship??? Not in the sense of rituals but service to YAHWAH in serving each other. Then I had to look up the meaning of the word 'faith' , cause you sent me on a mission to better understand.

*faith* 1- belief or trust : belief in, devotion to, or trust in somebody or something, especially without logical proof,  2- trust in YAH: belief in and devotion to YAHWAH

' The Bible never asked us to be religious' but somehow over the yrs the mind - control proponents have slipped it in for that very purpose>>>CONTROL! And we can bear witness how the so-called 'religions' of the world have done  just that> controlled our people /confused our people.  I hope & pray upon Yahshua's return, that he finds some having true worship and faith, not rituals & dogma. In serving /worshipping YAHWAH we are doing what is right for our brother/sister. In our believing in Yahshua, we are emulating him to the best of our ability. The Father does not ask us to be perfect, but once we have been called, and we have been blessed to hear/understand, then hopefully our lives will reflect both, our worship & faith in YAH and our hope in Yahshua.

Shalom weh Selah,

Emah AtalYah
